• Numerals: Standard numerals 0–9, Eastern Arabic numerals (٠١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩), or other locally used forms.

• Dimensions and colours: Board sizes, character sizes and background colours.

• Set contents and presentation: Number of boards, storage boxes, brand identification and packaging.

A Clear Process from Your Requirements to Production

1. Share Your Requirements

Tell us your language, preferred letter or numeral style, set contents, dimensions and estimated quantity. Reference images or photos of existing materials are welcome.

2. Confirm the Artwork

Once your requirements are clear, we recommend providing AI, SVG or vector PDF files with text converted to outlines. Vector artwork helps preserve your chosen character shapes, reduce revisions and speed up production drawing preparation.

No vector files? You can still start with us. We can help develop artwork from your references. Recreating and refining character shapes may require several rounds of discussion, so additional development time may be needed.

3. Review the Production Drawings

We prepare drawings for you to check the character shapes, dimensions, colours and set contents. You or an educator familiar with the language should review and approve the final letterforms before production.

4. Confirm and Begin Production

After final drawing and order approval, we arrange production according to the agreed specifications and confirm the expected completion date.

Custom Order Quantities & Lead Times

Recommended order quantity: 300 sets
Schools needing smaller quantities are welcome to share their classroom requirements so we can assess suitable options.

Drawing preparation and approval: approximately 3–7 days
This assumes complete specifications, suitable artwork and prompt feedback. Artwork development or additional revisions may take longer.

Production: approximately 15 days
Calculated from final drawing and order approval, subject to product specifications and production scheduling. Shipping time is additional.
